Fender Telecaster 1969 - Natural - Refin

This Fender Telecaster was made in the USA in 1969 although many of the parts have been changed over the years. With a pair of Dimarzio pickups it plays like a tele but sounds like 1982. In addition to the pickups all electronics and the tuners and bridge are changed. The pickguard is original but has been modified for Humbuckers. The body, in addition to being routed for the humbuckers and refinished, looks to have had a small circular piece replaced by the strap button - we have no idea why. The finish on the neck is original but a 2nd string tree has been added. The guitar weighs 7 pounds and 9 ounces. It has been pro-setup in our store and it plays great. It comes with a non original case.
