Taylor's Grand Symphony appeared on the scene in 2006, and has a format that falls between the Grand Auditorium and the Grand Orchestra. This hefty size allows the guitar to produce a robust sound with deep bass, rich mids and clear highs, all with a solid volume.

With a solid spruce top and a back and sides made of beautifully flamed maple, this guitar is made of beautiful woods. The maple neck features an ebony fingerboard, and both the body and neck are finished with ivoroid binding.

The 2009 Taylor GS6 is in excellent condition. Some minor marks and minor playwear are visible on the top, and there are some small spots in the lacquer on the headstock. However, the guitar is very clean and comes in a hardshell case.
