In one word: WOW! This Modern Eagle is everything you would expect from a Private Stock guitar. This beauty is finished in beautiful Frostbite Fade which makes the Quilted Maple top completely enchanting. The dreamy smoke effect of this Private Stock is further enhanced by Black Smoke hardware. What's really cool about the Modern Eagle is the pickup configuration. In the Treble and Bass position there are both Paul's TCI's, these are supplemented by a Narrow Singlecoil in the Middle position. With the 5-way switch and three mini-switches you have a lot of switching options, so you can call up a lot of voicings. What makes this Private Stock really special is the finish that is also applied to the fretboard. Thanks to the Stain, it seems to merge with the rest of the guitar as a whole. We can safely say that we once again have a masterpiece from the Private Stock collection!
