Epiphone Les Paul Gold Top 1957 Standard Limited Edition with Gibson Pickups - not many in the world! This auction is for a Epiphone Les Paul Limited Edition that appeared very briefly in 2010. I'll explain more about the guitar further below.The specification is this: The gold top has a subtle metallic effect and the back is a deep gloss burgundy colour. The pickups are genuine Gibson 57 Classics with a 57 Classic Plus at the bridge position. It is a non-chambered body so in terms of construction and pickups, it is similar to the Gibson Les Paul Traditional. The tone pots are push/pull which activates parallel/series wiring giving some really useful tone combinations. I find this switching much more useful than a simple coil tap. Grover machine heads. Epiphone Custom Shop logo on back of head stock. Epiphone strap locks included. The tone caps are Mallory so I've included a picture to show this. The pots are high quality pots. Condition of the guitar is really good, a great condition.
Chrome pickup covers included.
