AKAI S950 Rare Vintage 12 bit Rack Sampler 

A great sounding and powerful sampler which is still popular and in use today by producers and engineers worldwide. You just can't beat the sound of these classic AKAI units. The S950 has been used by Fatboy Slim, Moby, Skinny Puppy, Depeche Mode, Future Sound of London, Sneaker Pimps, The Bomb Squad, Dr. Dre, DJ Premiere, Prince Paul, Vangelis, Digable Planets, A Guy Called Gerald and Asian Dub Foundation.
 

Condition:

• This is a used unit.

• This unit is overall in great condition. It shows some general wear from use and age. Please see photos. 

• This unit is running version 1.2 

• This s950 has 512 Kwords installed. 

• A brand new backlit LCD screen has been installed.

• This unit is in excellent functional condition as it has just come from a minor service and thorough test run.

• This unit is a 100V model. This means you MUST use it with the correct step-down transformer. If you are unsure about this please send us a message as we would be glad to help you source the correct product. We also have some for sale. Please see our other listings. 

• This unit powers on with a two pin IEC. This cable is not included in the sale.
