Presonus V-FIRE with original packaging, documentation, firewire cable, R-BUS cable, and setup disc for Mac and Windows. I was recently able to successfully use this on a Win7/64x machine to make some 16-channel audio transfers using the Presonus Firestudio Lightpipe Universal Control driver version 1.7.2 (available from the Presonus website), however the standard WinXP and Mac OSX drivers are still available and work as well, which are included. The original power adapter is also included, however it is the 220v version plug from Europe, not the 110v US standard. This did not affect my use, because the unit is bus-powered from 1394 Firewire. So, I'm not exactly sure why a power adapter was even included. Shipping to lower 48 US will be fully insured with tracking.
