Early ‘80s Ludwig “Big Beat” in original Black Cortex:
14x22, 9x13, 10x14, and 16x16
Six-ply shells with factory silver interiors
All drums made together
Probably dates to 80-81 before the modular hardware was added to their line
Some scratches on top of the bass drum near the badge and a few elsewhere on the kit, as well as some splotches
All original hardware, although I’m not sure about the hoops on the 14”
Some areas of rusting on some of the hoops
Delamination in the batter bass drum hoop, tried to get it in a picture. Works fine as is.
