Digitech 2120 VGS Artist Tube Preamp w/Controller Pedal Excellent+ Condition! REDUCED!

Digitech 2120 VGS Artist tube preamp w/pedal. I had two complete systems, this is number 2 of 2.  It is in excellent condition both functionally and cosmetically. It will be shipped in its original box and comes with the original manual (dog in photo not included!).

For those interested, this unit was upgraded to firmware version 2.3.

Now, here's something those features do not include: Effect spillover! That's right, these units employ dual S-Disc processors which allow for seconds of spillover time from one patch to another. Using effects on one patch and want those effects to spill over to another patch that has no effects? Easy.

Forget Line 6, these can do everything those can do and more, even 15+ years after they were made compared to the current POD500X. The tubes aren't merely there for show, they are definitely in the signal chain and provide a myriad of different sounds. (The schematic confirms that as does the sound.) There are clean tube settings that sound wonderful. You can go from Fender to Marshall with ease. There are also solid state distortions, and the option exists to run solid state distortion on the left and tube distortion on the right (or vice versa). There are MANY things these can do that others can't unless you want to pay big bucks for the big names (Axe FX, Kemper, etc.).

The effects sections are EXTREMELY versatile with MANY parameters. Effects include the usual modulation, delay and reverb, but also include graphic and parametric EQs, cabinet voicing (i.e., 4x12 closed back, 2x12 open back), noise gate, and others.
