Pioneer SA-9900 Integrated Amplifier W/ TX5500 II Tuner - Vintage 1976 Silverface

This was the amp my uncle had in the 70's and 80's that I liked so much that I had to have one, when I saw it come up for sale. Unfortunately, I have to downsize some of my hi-fi collection, and this is on the chopping block. I have a pre-amp/power amp combo, which has the tone that I am finally satisfied with, so it is the main stereo that keeping.

This amp was recently serviced at Huppin's in Spokane, WA, and works flawlessly. It has pre-outs and main in's that I have experimented with, and know that they work well.  It gets really beefy as a power amp, at 110 watts per channel. It can be used as a very simple pre amp as well. SImple pre-amps are the best, when there is not a ton of components on board, making selection between them less convoluted. However, it functions marvelously as what it is...an integrated amp.

For any Pioneer fan, this is one of the flagships. It is incredibly clean and sounds amazing. It has been given a clean bill of health. All of my packages are shipped double and triple boxed with insurance, to ensure the safety of what you purchase.

It comes with the Pioneer TX-5500 II, tuner. Very nice looking unit,with seamless controls and brilliant reception. Great addition to this setup.
