Originally purchased from etsy, from the seller 'synth toys' who makes stands for various pieces of audio gear. This has been sitting in my studio, with a push 3 inside it, but basically unused because the push wasnt being used much.
The push 3 is being sold separately, but I can bundle them together if you're interested. As you would see from the etsy listing, the new price is €108.
I would say that it's in great condition, but if I were keeping it, I'd consider painting it or maybe adding some oil or wax finish (though I dont know if that would rub off onto the push), just because it would look better than the naked wood.
Will be shipped disassembled to save space, but with the screws included of course.
