Overview
Based on the same LM308 chip found in the ProCo RAT, the Socrates Distortion from Mojo Hand FX offers classic distortion tones with some useful add-ons. In addition to Gain, Level, Treble and Bass controls, the Socrates includes a two-way toggle for either symmetrical and asymmetrical clipping. With these features combined, the Socrates is an extremely responsive and organic sounding distortion pedal with a sweeping range of rock tones to dial in.
