Jeorge Tripps has taken his admiration for the Electro-Harmonix Mini-Synthesizer and created a unique, slider-controlled pedal that offers envelope, fuzz, phase, and sub-octave sounds.
The Atreides Analog Weirding Module, named after the Dune character Paul Atreides and his sonic weapon of choice, made its official debut on Josh Scotts' JHS Pedals YouTube channel.
You can hear the limited-edition pedal in action in Josh's video below. The pedal's features, according to Way Huge, include:
- Sub, envelope, fuzz, and phase sounds
- Sliders adjust each parameter
- Internal switch sets sub at 1 or 2 octaves down
- Internal pot adjusts phaser feedback
The Way Huge Atreides is available for pre-order on Reverb now.
In case you missed our other Jeorge Tripps news, the pedal pro is building 10 extremely limited-edition Fuzz Faces in support of Reverb's upcoming documentary film, The Pedal Movie. Learn more about the Dunlop Hybrid Fuzz Face here.
