Every day, teams across all departments at Reverb HQ work to build and implement better tools for each buyer and seller who uses Reverb. To make sure that all of our users are taking advantage of all of these tools, we wanted to take a minute to outline and demonstrate some of the new features that have rolled out in March.
Free 2-Day Shipping
Sellers now have the option of offering free 2-day shipping on Reverb. When free 2-day shipping is selected at checkout, items will ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2 business days of the ship date. Buyers can locate listings that specifically offer free 2-day shipping in a few different ways.
Add the "2-Day Shipping" filter to your search.
Look for the "2-Day Shipping" badge on listing cards, listings, and comparison shopping pages.
Watch Button on Listing Cards
While browsing the site, users can now add items to their watch list without interrupting their session just by clicking on the Watch star in the top right-hand corner of a listing card. Right now, this feature is only available to users browsing on desktop.
Buy Again Button
Use the Buy Again button on listings with inventory to purchase the same listing from the same seller. This saves time when shopping for recurring needs, like cables, picks, strings, and tubes. As with the Watch star, this is another feature that's currently only available to desktop users.
Order Notes for Sellers
Sellers now have the ability to add private notes to orders. These notes are only visible to the seller, so this is a great place to keep track of any logistical notes you might have about each of your orders. This is another feature that is currently only available on desktop.
Buy Gift Cards Right on the App
Previously, Reverb gift cards were only available for purchase on the desktop version of the site. But now, users can purchase gift cards using either the Android or iOS Reverb app.
