Whether you're a collector or a performer, this instrument is a timeless investment. Blazer & Henkes are renowned for crafting some of the most faithful replications of vintage American steel-string guitars. Now that Will and Rudi have retired, no new guitars will be produced, and used ones will only rarely appear on the market.
Needless to say, this guitar excels in both craftsmanship and tone. It's highly resonant, with plenty of headroom for flatpicking, yet remains subtle and responsive for fingerstyle. Truly, one of the most versatile instruments out there. I am parting with this great guitar only because I still have two other Blazer & Henkes guitars in my collection.
It features a substantial neck but plays like butter (action at the 12th fret: 2.3 mm on the low E string, 1.75 mm on the high e string). The nut width is 45 mm. It works equally well with .012 (light) or .013 (medium) strings.
