DW Collesctor’s cast bronze snare 14x6”
I’ve decided to part with a quite rare 14x6” DW Collector‘s cast bronze snare drum from the mid 90s. It features a true cast bronze shell unlike most of modern variants that are just thick rolled and welded slabs of metal. DW didn’t make many of these - I’ve heard 50. This very piece is virtuay unique because it has a 5mm shell. It’s equipped with die cast hoops, delta throw off, puresound custom wires, fresh new aquarian heads top and bottom. The gold hardware is showing wear, but everything is in good working order. It’s a great loud snare drum with all the characteristics of a cas bronze shell.
