This is an Electro Voice 12's 300 Watt, 12" Speaker with Heat Sink, in good working condition and powered up and tested by me. No issues found. Cone has no rips or tears. See video.

This model speaker is considered by some very big names to be the holy grail of guitar speakers. The 12S was designed from the ground up to be a guitar speaker, unlike the 12L which was more an all purpose workhorse. This speaker is the completely transparent voice for all the tone & mojo you've been putting together in you rig. The speaker is what gives the whole thing its voice.
