Not so well-known, this brand, but it's absolutely awesome. Started in Switzerland, later decided they could have the heavy work done in cheaper countries to get the price down a bit, and then do the quality control and set-up in
Switzerland. It resulted in one of the best Strat-like guitars money can buy.
This one, for example. Body and neck were made in China, assembly in Japan, the rest in Switzerland. How's that for a CO2-footprint, right? It's an absolutely stunning guitar, though. The finish is in a formidable metallic red, that's quite hard to get right on a picture. But show it some sun and it sparkles!
There's a little three-way switch that activates the VSC-system. That gives you an extra treble- or mid-boost. Sounds great, especially when you're soloing.
On the pictures the guitar is fitted with a Roland GK2-A pick-up, that goes with a Roland GR-30 guitar synth. That was available as well, but has been sold in the meantime. It's just the guitar now!
