***Important Information***

As much as we would love to ship this cool shirt out to you today, we ask you to please understand that these shirts are printed on demand, meaning that they are not taking up space in a warehouse waiting for you to order them. We print them one at a time, in the order they are purchased. As soon as the shirt is printed, it goes to our shipping department where it is then processed and sent to you - the buyer. From the time that you purchase your item to the time USPS picks it up, it can take up to 10 Business Days (14 including weekends) - but this can vary depending on workload.

We ship using the United States Postal Service First Class which includes tracking free of charge! We are not the USPS and do not have any control over the speed of the USPS; therefore you will be given a tracking number once your order is shipped and that will allow you to follow your item's journey to you!

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and therefore are the buyer's (you) responsibility.

Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. For U.S orders - WE SHIP FROM THE UNITED STATES. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery time is out of our control and we are not responsible for customs/postal delays.

Remember to give yourself extra time when purchasing for a holiday or special time sensitive day or event. We do not guarantee this at all!

How should I wash my printed garments?

At Edna Green, we use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners as this may cause the print to soften and peel off. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean

***Returns***

Please be sure you have checked our sizing chart to determine the correct fit and style as we do not allow returns based on the wrong size. We have measured out each size of shirt. Please understand that measurements can easily vary by 1". Also, remember that cotton shirts shrink upwards of 5-10% even though they are preshrunk.

If your shirt is damaged in transit kindly send us an email to receive a 'return authorization number' (RMA). Send the shirt and the RMA# back unworn and include the original packing so we can offer either a full refund, exchange, or a store credit. T-shirts must be returned within 30 days.

Due to the limitations of printing on different fabric the colours printed may not be exactly as shown. Images shown are mock-ups. Our shirt images are designed and printed to look vintage.
