For sale is a set of early 1960s Reverse Thunderbird Pickups (original body style).
The pickups are cosmetically in good shape with normal scuffs, scratches, and patina.
One of the pickups was dead, but has been rewound to vintage correct specs. The rewind allowed a fun peak inside to reveal 8 string lap steel bobbins routed out to fit bar magnets. Very cool!
Both leads were replaced as the original were in bad shape.
Pickups read strong at 7.7k ohms and 8.0k ohms and are ready to go!
