This unit has been on the road and shows a few years worth normal wear and tear as well as labels. It is still in perfect working condition and I'd keep it if not for the frequency range.
This unit cannot be legally used in the United States because the FCC has auctioned off the frequency range. It should still be a good candidate for the International market...and in theory this unit will still work if you stick to 652-663 MHz though not without possible legal risks.
The mounting rack ears are included. I believe the ear buds are the only thing missing from the box. FWIW, this is not the original box (the serial number and frequency range printed on the box will not match the unit).
