Knowledge Base:

• POWER: 16 pin bus board required to supply 5v for the Korg NTS-2. If your rack's power supply only offers 10 pin, you can use a standard USB-C cable and wall charger to power the NTS-2 externally.
• POWER ACTIVATION COMPONENT: The  NTS-2 can run on batteries or with USB-C 5v power. If using our power supply, we provide a custom Power Activation Component that must be installed on your device. This will ensure your device turns on when it receives power from the busboard. It’s as simple as removing two screws, placing the component, and screwing it back in. 
• NO POWER: If your NTS-2 does not turn on, try to slightly loosen the top 4 screws, push the body of your NTS-2 down while holding the faceplate and screw it back in. This will ensure the power button is being compressed by the Power Activation Component.
