Seymour Duncan guitars line is only for Japanese domestic market. Like ESP vintage replica flagship line Navigator, Seymour Duncan also focuse on vintage reissues. Seymour Ducan line has 2 series, one is tradition series and the other is professional series. Professional series ususally sell 2000~3000usd when new. DJ180 is professional series,top of the line, top notch woods, parts and craftsmanship, great as any boutique Jazz Bass on the market.

This one is almost closet clean. Neck is straight, trussrod works both way, low action and super easy to play. Only 2 minor finish crack in neck pockets,just top finish coat not wood. Tatsuro Yamashita 's bassist plays DJ180.
