With Fender USA back on its feet in 1987 after a couple of years of very low activity, the company’s revamped and rejuvenated offerings were not going to be limited to guitars. Fender launched a new USA-made valve/tube amp range, based on older designs but quite drastically updated for the late ‘80s guitarist. The first of these new USA tube amp models was the Fender Champ 12 – a small, practice-sized amplifier, fit for a lot more than just bedroom use. This amp delivers great clean tones and nice tube saturation on the overdrive channel. It features a 3-band EQ, over drive channel as well as a headphone output, very handy to have on a tube amp!
In great condition for it's age, the amp has had a basic clean and service and everything is working nicely.
