Heavy Bat (custom Rat with Blend and HM-2 EQ)

Heavy Bat is a modern take on the classic Rat circuit with modifications. The pedal has true bypass, has a rotary switch to select op-amp chips: NOS LM208 (LM308 cross-reference part), UD1408B (Soviet LM308 clone), TL072 (similar to Wampler™️ Ratsbane), and NOS 741. EQ section has two options: classic Rat filter tone control and three-band EQ similar to Boss™️ HM-2. In addition, you'll get the clean blend controls and 8 clipping diodes options, and two of them could be selected footswitch.

Controls:

• Volume A/B - effect output level for each channel.
• Filter - controls treble frequency response.
• 3-Band Active EQ - allows to boost or decrease the amount of treble, mids, and bass.
• Tone toggle switch - allows selecting between classic Rat tone control and HM-2 style EQ.
• Distortion - controls the amount of drive.
• Mode rotary switches - 8 diodes options for each channel: LED (2 red LEDs), none (raw op-amp clipping), Si (silicon 1N914), Soviet Si (silicon KD541A), Hybrid (Germanium and Silicon diodes), MOSFET (BS170 transistors), Ge (NOS soviet D9 germanium diodes), BAT (BAT46 Schottky diodes).
• Op-Amp rotary switch - 4 chips modes: Classic (LM208), Soviet (UD1408B), Modern (TL072), Ancient (741).
• LED brightness trimmers - placed on the PCB trimmers allow you to adjust the status LED brightness for each channel.

Power Supply: 9V DC adapter (Boss-style negative center) not included. No batteries. They are bad for the environment 🌲.
