Stagg HDB-200

This Stagg student model has some really cool features built into the bass, making it the perfect starting bass for a player looking to get into upright. Built in headphone jack and Aux-in allow you to hook up a computer or Mp3 Player and play along with tracks or lessons.

The piezo pickup delivers a nice characteristic upright sound , and the onboard preamp allows you to dial in "Sub-Bass", better used when running direct, the sub bass into an amp can be almost to much bottom end.

Weighing only 11 pounds, and the interchangeable sidearms, make this a super portable bass.  If your an upright player sick of lugging around a full size bass, a portable electric is defiantly a breath of fresh air.
