B.C Rich Bich Son of a Rich USA 1978 or 1979 Dark Blue Wayne Charvel

For sale is a made in the USA B.C. Rich Bich body pre-head stock face electric guitar produced by Wayne Charvel. In good to very good overall condition. The paint is a see through dark blue and you can see the Mahogany wood underneith. The paint is original but there is a spot on the back were there is a little buckle rash and some of the top layer has worn off, these were done in multi-layers to get the color. This is a great sounding guitar with a nice heavy body producing a darker tone but also lighter on the higher strings.  There is a spot of paint missing between the humbucker. Some light scratches but overall good condition. Has very low action and a thick neck. Frets are very nice and the neck was set straight and the intuition is right. Some of the gold plating is worn. The plate that covers the back of the tremolo cavity is not original but the control cavity plate is. The humbucker at the bridge is not original and I installed a vintage Bill Lawrence L500 from the 1980's. The sound is amazing and great for heavy metal too the blues and this guitar has very good long sustain. The history on these is that they were produced by Wayne Charvel for BC Rcih and they are basically Charvels with a BC Rich body style. Strings will be loosened for shipping. No case.
