All orders from Canada will ship out with Canada Post Regular Parcel, with the option to upgrade to Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost. Over-sized items shipping within Canada will go out with UPS Standard. All orders to the United States will ship with DHL Economy or in certain cases DHL Express. In certain cases, smaller items may ship with Canada Post/USPS. All international orders outside of North America ship with DHL. All shipments are fully inspected, insured and packaged. In regards to CITES regulations, we do our best to ensure that all affected international shipments include the correct paperwork required for international export. In certain cases we may require several business days to process this paperwork prior to shipping an order. If this delay does occur, we will respond immediately with a shipping ETA. Unless otherwise listed, all affected products listed on our Reverb shop use Appendix-II species of rosewood.
