Uniquely Costelloish features include an early '70s neck design, walnut stain finish and a tremolo with easier and greater travel for that spine-tingling "Watching the Detectives" spy movie sound!
She boasts a potent pair of "Special Design American Vintage Jazzmaster Single-Coil pick-ups" and a rosewood fingerboard. In addition to creating a stylish Vintage look, it imparts an amazingly comfortable fretting-hand feel in which both edges are pleasingly rounded, with no side seam between neck and fingerboard. Trust me when i say...its a delight to play! Gotta love the signed record along with COA - a nice added bonus which rounds of the package nicely.
The Fender also has a Solid alder body in a elegant hand-stained walnut gloss-lacquer coat. Other premium features include a hand-rubbed oil neck finish, 21 frets. Overall, this Jazzmaster has a nice vintage feel. The neck is straight and the action is good. The pickups sound awesome and everything works as it should. Condition wise, this is a Seldom used guitar. Bought new and imported from USA in 2008 by the original owner. It shows very little playwear. Some Superficial Polish/surface swirling to the back of the body. Suitable for a collector. Comes in original hardshell case with some case candy.
