This is an original 1959 Director model trombone. This horn has very little denting having only remnants and minor dents on the tuning slide and evidence of dent remediation on the bell section. Appears that the slide crook was repaired as there is evidence of previous solder repair. Finish is very good and shows little deterioration at hand contact points and on the back of the tuning slide, but there are a few scratches here and there from normal use. Inner slide tubes are essentially spotless. I rate the slide a 9/10. All braces are solid. Tuning slide moves nicely. Horn was serviced. Includes the original case and mouthpiece. Service included: Slide and tuning job and alignment, and minor dent removal.
