Whew! What an incredible bass we just received from Suhr: The Classic J Antique. Based on the classic J style from the 1960's, this is the one that started it all. Suhr has kept in mind what made this style so popular and important to music of all kinds, while not forgetting to innovate and keep improving in the modern industry. Basically what we have here is a 1960's Ford Mustang – from the outside, it's been driven. It shows some signs of wear, it's broken in. But under the hood, she's got a brand new engine. It runs like it's straight from the factory with a fresh tune-up. This bass features Extra Tinted Maple for the neck wood which is extremely comfortable to play, and your hands glide up and down with ease. Indian Rosewood on the fretboard and stainless steel frets to keep this instrument thriving for years to come. As always with Suhr, this comes with their signature pickups which sound absolutely killer. This bass isn't for the faint of heart.
