You may return any item that you buy from Butler Music for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer (you) is generally responsible for shipping charges both ways. We want all buyers to be happy and all buyers to get a great deal but we sell everything at a very small profit so we cannot generally afford to refund shipping costs on returned itemsIf an item is defective and you are in the Continental US, we WILL pay return shipping and send a replacement for any defective item.
