For pros or beginners on the hunt for a versatile sound and a comfortable playing experience, the 214e DLX represents an ideal match. Our flagship Grand Auditorium’s physically appealing body contours locate an acoustic sweet spot, where tonal depth, balance and clarity converge. A solid Sitka spruce top paired with layered rosewood back and sides produce a sound with a smooth blend of top-end shimmer, well-defined mids, and rich bass that suit most playing styles. Onboard Expression System 2 electronics amplify the natural voice of this guitar with clarity and projection, and deluxe appointments like white binding, Small Diamond inlays, and a full-gloss body make this guitar worthy of showing off. The guitar ships with a deluxe hardshell case.

Q - How do you ship?
A - Haggerty’s will primarily ship using UPS. FedEx and the USPS are also available upon request.
Q - When will my new gear arrive?
A - Items that include Free Shipping typically ship via UPS ground which, averages 3-5 business days in transit.
Q - Do you require Signature Confirmation?
A - Yes. To be eligible for Reverb Protection, a signature is required. If you do anticipate your absence, let us know and we can ship it to your workplace or the nearest holding facility.
Q - Will my instrument be well packed?
A - Absolutely! We use the best boxes available and make sure that the instruments are well packed with industry standard materials. Guitars that do not include a case or gig bag will ship double boxed. Acoustic guitars and other weather temperamental instruments will ship with a two-way humidification system.
Q - What if my shipment is damaged during transit?
A - That’s unfortunate! But we do insure each shipment using UPS, FedEx, USPS and/or Reverb Shipping Protection.
Q - Do you inspect and set-up my instrument?
A - Every instrument that comes into Haggerty’s is inspected and setup if needed. Many guitars come in either from the Dealer or previous owner and no adjustments need to be made. Setups are done on a case to case basis. All instruments are inspected before listing to Reverb.
Q - What if I want to return the instrument?
A - In the case of a return the buyer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund.

If you wish to VOID "Signature Required" please let us know. We default to a delivery confirmation on most orders.
- We ship most orders out the same day after payment has been approved. Exceptions to this include guitars or amps that require more involved setups and inspections.
- All packages are fully insured at no additional charge. Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. We will notify you prior to shipping your instrument if additional steps need to be taken in the packing process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Internation Shipping Rates are subject to change depending on buyer location.
- Our international shipping rates should reflect on the item listing. Feel free to message us directly for shipping quotes on specific items or with any questions.
- All shipping rates are for actual transportation charges and do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which vary from country to country.
- If you order contains Rosewood, or any other CITES restricted woods, your shipment might be delayed due to Customs processing standards that Haggerty's Musicworks is subject to as the shipper.
- Most of our preset shipping rates are for USPS International Service. USPS is typically less expensive than UPS, but their international tracking system is not as accurate. Arrival times may vary from country to country. Some large items such as bass guitars, drum kits, amplifiers, and speaker cabinets may not be eligible for shipping to all countries via USPS and/or UPS. Some brands cannot be shipped internationally due to manufacturer restrictions. Feel free to message us with any questions.
- We are unable to ship to Russia.

Our detailed quality checks allow us to stand behind every vintage and used instruments we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis.
-All guitars are inspected at Haggerty's for their playability and overall condition. It is common for a guitars "action" to change during shipping due to climate differences from region to region. A simple setup can typically fix most of the playability issues if present and is often cheaper than a return and restocking fee.
-Some products are not returnable under any circumstances such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass strings, drum heads, drumsticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
-We strive to process all refunds within 2 to 4 business days of the return being received at our location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based on your bank's processing times. If you have any questions or need assistance, please message us.
