I use good quality materials for the manufacture of pickups and much attention is paid to every detail. Magnets and vulcanized fiber are bought from conscientious suppliers. I buy magnet wire in the Russian factory, which produces high-quality wire since 1954. The plates for the pickups of vulcanized fiber I cut on a laser machine. I glue vulcanized fiber plates and magnets. Pickups dipped in a mixture of wax (25%) and paraffin (75%). Before packing, I check visually the pickups, then measure the resistance of each coil and write the values on the packaging. I carefully pack the pickups in a bubble bag and send them to the customer.
