Third and final purchase with this company. They are in Canada yet bill in US funds, they ship free to US customers, yet Canadians have to pay shipping. They create a shipping label the day after you order the product, but each time it was more than a week before Canada post got the item in their hands to start to deliver it. Just wanted to warn others that cheap pedals aren't worth the grief of dealing with these guys. Cheers.

Items purchased on sales or offer prices are non-refundable, in case of a defect the item will be replaced or refunded. Items must be returned via postal service, listed as return to country or origin for warranty clearly marked on the outside of the package.
