M-4096C is a newly manufactured Memory Cartridge that can be used in place of Roland M-16C and M-64C cartridges.

It is compatible with the following Roland devices:

Alpha Juno 2, DDR-30, GR-700, GR-77B, JX-8P*, JX-10*, MKS-20, MKS-30, MKS-70*, MKS-80, TR-707, TR-727, TR-909.

* Not tested on the Vecoven firmware

A single cartridge can store data of different devices (from the list above).

Features

• 64 times the size of the factory cartridge  (4096K, equivalent to 64 M-64C cartridges)
• Rewritable
• No internal battery
• Memory PROTECT switch: prevents writing operations and keeps your data safe
• Non-standard PCB thickness (> 2 mm), same as the original PCB, fits perfectly the cartridge connector of your Roland device
• Selected LEVEL and CARTRIDGE are displayed on the label graphicsUser-friendly interface: banks are accessed by a 16-position CARTRIDGE SELECTOR rotary switch and two LEVEL switches
  
  The two LEVEL switches allow the selection of 1 LEVEL out of 4 (1°, 2°, 3°, 4°): just think of having 16 cartridges for each LEVEL
  
  
• Banks can be switched on the fly: no need to remove and reinsert the cartridge
• Industrial manufactured plastic case:

- No low-cost/low-quality 3D printed case

- Faithfully replicates the design of the original Roland M-64C plastic case (same shape, same dimensions)

- Fully covers contact pins

• Rear label is conceived to obtain a table with 4 columns (LEVELs 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°) and 16 rows (CARTRIDGEs 1 to 16), which allows to write down all the bank names contained in the memory card
