This Big John Effects Pocket Rocket Overdrive Pedal is Owned by Ian D'Sa of Billy Talent
The Big John Pocket Rocket is a Vintage ‘Tube Style’ overdrive effect. With Volume, Tone and Gain controls + a great extra "clipping mode" switch to add a slight touch of modern overdrive in asymmetrical mode.
More Control - sets the output level of the effect.
Tone Control - high freq contol, adds bite or makes sound less harsh.
Dirt Control - adjusts the amount of overdive.
Switch - add a slight touch of modern overdrive in asymmetrical mode.
Bypass Footswitch - Selects whether the Pocket Rocket is engaged or bypassed. The corresponding LED will be lit when the pedal is engaged, and dark when bypassed.
INPUT Jack - This 1/4” jack is the audio input to the Pocket Rocket.
OUTPUT Jack - This 1/4” jack is the audio output from the Pocket Rocket.
When the Pocket Rocket is in bypass mode, the OUTPUT jack is connected to the INPUT jack. This is a True Bypass pedal.
9VDC Connector- This pedal does not work with a battery.
