This Earthbound Audio ‘Beast’ Fuzz Pedal is Owned by Ian D'Sa of Billy Talent
The Beast features the standard Earthbound Audio Supercollider circuit along with 2 foot-switchable oscillation modes for loads of odd textures, primitive video game noises and walls of feedback.
OSC1 delivers a wall of dense oscillating distortion and can be altered via the GAIN knob.
OSC2 oscillates in a way that can create glitchy noises and drop notes into others as they decay.
OSC2 knob controls the sensitivity of this mode.
Both OSC modes can be used independently or together.
The Beast also features these standard controls:
- Level
- Gain
- Tone
- Mids
- Mass
- SI / LED clipping switch
The Beast is wired for true bypass and can be powered by a standard 2.1mm negative tip 9v power supply.
