Fresh out of a private studio and collection is an exceedingly rare vocoder from Sennheiser. Rumor has it that only a few of these were made and, of those that made it out into the wild, were picked up by the likes of Kraftwerk, Herbie Hancock, and Daft Punk. This is the vocoder.
