514ce LTD
This limited edition Grand Auditorium marks the first-time we’ve paired walnut with a torrefied spruce top. Our torrefaction process roasts the wood in a way that mimics the wood’s natural aging process, altering its cell structure to produce a sweeter, more responsive sound. Walnut’s tonal personality tends to combine some of Maple’s transparency with the dry properties of mahogany. Together with the torrefied top and our Grand Auditorium body, players can expect a touch-sensitive response reminiscent of a walnut guitar that’s been played in. Tasteful appointments include mother-of-pearl Century fretboard inlays, faux tortoise binding, and an all-gloss body, with onboard Expression System® 2 electronics.

Q - How do you ship?
A - Haggerty’s will primarily ship using UPS. FedEx and the USPS are also available upon request.
Q - When will my new gear arrive?
A - Items that include Free Shipping typically ship via UPS ground which, averages 3-5 business days in transit.
Q - Do you require Signature Confirmation?
A - Yes. To be eligible for Reverb Protection, a signature is required. If you do anticipate your absence, let us know and we can ship it to your workplace or the nearest holding facility.
Q - Will my instrument be well packed?
A - Absolutely! We use the best boxes available and make sure that the instruments are well packed with industry standard materials. Guitars that do not include a case or gig bag will ship double boxed. Acoustic guitars and other weather temperamental instruments will ship with a two-way humidification system.
Q - What if my shipment is damaged during transit?
A - That’s unfortunate! But we do insure each shipment using UPS, FedEx, USPS and/or Reverb Shipping Protection.
Q - Do you inspect and set-up my instrument?
A - Every instrument that comes into Haggerty’s is inspected and setup if needed. Many guitars come in either from the Dealer or previous owner and no adjustments need to be made. Setups are done on a case to case basis. All instruments are inspected before listing to Reverb.

If you wish to VOID "Signature Required" please let us know. We default to a delivery confirmation on most orders.
- We ship most orders out the same day after payment has been approved. Exceptions to this include guitars or amps that require more involved setups and inspections.
- All packages are fully insured at no additional charge. Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. We will notify you prior to shipping your instrument if additional steps need to be taken in the packing process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Internation Shipping Rates are subject to change depending on buyer location.
- Our international shipping rates should reflect on the item listing. Feel free to message us directly for shipping quotes on specific items or with any questions.
- All shipping rates are for actual transportation charges and do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which vary from country to country.
- If you order contains Rosewood, or any other CITES restricted woods, your shipment might be delayed due to Customs processing standards that Haggerty's Musicworks is subject to as the shipper.
- Most of our preset shipping rates are for USPS International Service. USPS is typically less expensive than UPS, but their international tracking system is not as accurate. Arrival times may vary from country to country. Some large items such as bass guitars, drum kits, amplifiers, and speaker cabinets may not be eligible for shipping to all countries via USPS and/or UPS. Some brands cannot be shipped internationally due to manufacturer restrictions. Feel free to message us with any questions.

-New Items: Most new, untouched, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee and less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective items.
Haggerty's Musicworks reserves the right to refuse any return if an item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
-Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Our detailed quality checks allow us to stand behind every vintage and used instrument we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All vintage and used refunds may be subject to a small 10% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs.
All guitars are inspected at Haggerty's for their playability and overall condition. It is common for a guitars "action" to chance during shipping due to climate differences from region to region. A simple setup can typically fix most of the playability issues if present and is often cheaper than a return and restocking fee.
-Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of incorrect shipment. Some products are not returnable under any circumstances such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass string, drum heads, drumsticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns.
-We strive to process all refunds within 2 to 4 business days of the return being received at our location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based on your bank's processing times. If you have any questions or need assistance, please message us.
