the time that you purchase your item to the time USPS picks it up, it can take up to 15 Business Days (not including weekends) to ship - but this can vary depending on workload.We
ship using the United States Postal Service First Class which includes
tracking free of charge! We are not the USPS and do not have any control
over the speed of the USPS; therefore you will be given a tracking
number once your order is shipped and that will allow you to follow your

Edna Green, we use the latest Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing
technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design
color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is
different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the
original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration
the DTG printing process.Be wary of washing and drying on a high
setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature
washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer
settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:Machine
wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar
colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric
softeners as this may cause the print to soften and peel off. Tumble dry
low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean***Returns***Please
be sure you have checked our sizing chart to determine the correct fit
and style as we do not allow returns based on the wrong size. We have
measured out each size of shirt. Please understand that measurements can
easily vary by 1". Also, remember that cotton shirts shrink upwards of
5-10% even though they are preshrunk.If your shirt is damaged in
transit kindly send us an email to receive a 'return authorization
number' (RMA). Send the shirt and the RMA# back unworn and include the
original packing so we can offer either a full refund, exchange, or a
store credit. T-shirts must be returned within 30 days.***Other***Due
