With its streamlined design, the lightweight okoumé body not only rests comfortably against the body but also assumes a robust and perfectly balanced position in both sitting and standing positions. Separate volume controls allow smooth mixing of the pickup signals and varied tone colours between the wiry assertiveness of the bridge pickup and the deep bass foundation of the midrange pickup. In addition to the classic passive treble cutoff, Ibanez equips the bass guitar with the active Phat II EQ, which delivers a particularly rich sound by boosting the low and high-frequency ranges. Indestructible hardware equipmentTo guarantee long-lasting playing pleasure, Ibanez equips the Gio GSR280QA-TMS Transparent Marine Sunburst with reliable attachments. On the body, the four separately adjustable tailpieces of the solidly built Ibanez B10 bridge guarantee precise intonation adjustment and comfortable string action.
