Vintage Harmony H1414 Patrician Archtop – Three-Panel Spruce/Mahogany Top – Fresh Refret & Professional SetupFor sale is a vintage Harmony H1414 Patrician archtop, featuring the unusual and beautiful three-panel top with a spruce center section flanked by mahogany outer panels. This is one of the more distinctive versions of Harmony’s Patrician archtop and is considerably less common than the standard models.The guitar has recently had a fresh refret and professional setup and is playing extremely well. The action is comfortable and it plays cleanly up the neck. As far as I am aware, the guitar has never had a neck reset.There are two repaired cracks on the back. Both have been internally cleated, and the cleat work appears very clean and well executed. The repairs appear stable. I am not aware of any other cracks or structural issues.Cosmetically, it shows the normal finish wear, marks, and patina you would expect from an approximately 70–80-year-old instrument. I’ve tried to photograph its condition accurately.This is a particularly cool old Harmony—not just as a collectible piece, but as a genuinely good-playing vintage archtop.
