The Fender Custom Shop / BASS VI Journeyman Relic is now in stock as a used item!! Serial No.: R88445, manufactured in 2017. It adopts the concept of the 6-string bass with E-E tuning introduced by D.E. in 1956. The body design and overall style are similar to the Jazz Master, while the electronics are closer to the Jaguar released in 1962, making this model the prototype of the Jaguar series. In terms of sound, it is often used more as a baritone guitar than a standard bass, and its unique sound and appearance are still highly regarded by many musicians today. It features classic materials: a two-piece alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The radius is 7.25 inches. It is equipped with three original 1962 Jaguar Flat Mag pickups. Due to the relic finish, it is difficult to assess the condition of the scratches, but the instrument is in good overall condition. Playability is, of course, excellent.
