Music Man was Leo Fender’s second company, founded in the 1970s (he would later go on to create a third: G&L). The Silhouette Special draws inspiration from the Stratocaster while incorporating a more modern design and construction.This example is equipped with a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers in an HH configuration, featuring a relatively low output level for excellent clarity and dynamics. The ash body is paired with a maple neck finished in satin for enhanced playing comfort, along with a 10-inch radius maple fingerboard.
