ESP Lynch 1980s - Vintage White

Here is a proper vintage ESP Lynch-spec guitar in a custom single-hum layout. It has the wide board / R2 nut that George prefers, banana headstock, and what is presumably a maple body (has the heft of maple for sure). Maple neck with a really nice old quality ebony with 22 frets. Frets are in about average condition, definitely very good for the age of the guitar. Serial number is a little worn on the last two digits but looks to be 70788. Judging by the logo, floyd spec, and age, I'd put its age somewhere in the 86-89 range.

Overall super nice condition for the age. The overall impression of the paint is very good but it is a very old guitar and does have some dings. There are some scratches around the output jack, and some "buckle rash" around the trem cavity on the rear. The color has also faded naturally, so it is that authentic vintage white, but is also inconsistent across the body (as the front presumably saw a little more sun than the rear).

It's in great playing condition, the neck is straight, and it sounds great. It does have some grounding issues at the moment -- it seems the ground connection between the bridge plate and pot has gone bad. It's an easy fix, but I'm selling it as is in case the next buyer wants to retain the old electronics.
