Gallato Guitars has been known for a while as producer of great Gypsy guitars. Where as the brand now produces guitars in different price ranges, at the beginning of the new century they asked Geronimo Mateos to build a Selmer replica. The results where excellent and Mateos has produced a total of 189 guitars for the Gallato brand.
This Selmer replica carries serial number 526 and features all the right specs with its laminated rosewood, spruce top, ebony fretboard and appointments including aged gold Selmer style tailpiece and tuners, which are a piece of art on its own.
The sound is sharp, direct and dynamic, with the perfect amount of body to complete the tone but won't get in the way. Ask our sales-colleague Berend if you haven't been convinced yet!
