Ready to play: detailed cleaning, strings replaced with a new set, clean frets and fret board, set up neck  
Straight neck and action is good with 2.2mm and 3mm@12F string height
Piezo PU under the bridge fitted for you to plug in
 
This guitar has a bit of playwear on body top around sound hole, markings and dings
However they are cosmetic issues only nothing major to the structure of the guitar
