This 1976 Ibanez 670-12 model in lovely glossy maple is ready for a new home. Quite the visual stunner, the condition is excellent. No major dings. Some light swirling on the pick guard and some very small dings and scratches here and there... but for a 40 year old guitar, this is in excellent shape and has been well-cared for. The lone non-original thing on the guitar is one tuning peg, not in gold finish but chrome, clearly shown in the pictures. It was replaced at some point in the wrong finish, but still with the type of tuners Ibanez was using at the time. I am including a fairly new non-original hard-shell case.  It has a few dings as well (see pics), but it is in very good shape and is very solid.

The guitar plays wonderfully and stays in tune very well. The tone is bright and records beautifully (what I have been doing with it). The top end is shimmery and rides over the mix in a pleasing way.  Once you start paying this guitar, it's hard to put down.

I have included 2 photos from the 1976 Ibanez catalog that show the model in all its glory.  This guitar was such the stunner that it is on the cover of the catalog!

I will pay shipping to the lower 48 states in the USA.  We'll need to work something out for anywhere else.

ATTENTION:  As of August 8th I just lowered the price to $400 including shipping to continental US!
