For sale is a brilliant, 100% factory-original Washburn Mercury Series MG42P-NM from the highly regarded Grover Jackson era (circa 1991). I bought this new from Carlsborough Music in Leeds, I quickly realised that I'm not a shredder - I haven't played it in 27 years, very little play wear with only a minor bit of buckle rash at the back and everything works perfectly. Now comes in modern good quality hard case for safe transit.

This is the rare "P" (Tonewood) / "NM" (Natural Matte) variant. Unlike the standard heavy gloss or metallic finishes of the 90s, this model features a gorgeous, bare-wood factory satin finish that feels incredibly organic, fast, and lets the wood breathe for excellent resonance.This guitar is a dream for fans of 90s super-strats and has been kept entirely stock with no modifications.
