Sweet Sounding Vintage Vox King Wah, received and serviced from Kyle Chase (Chase Tone). Notes below:"Fulltone replacement pot which is a perfect sweep for this one. New electrolytic capacitor (they dry up with age.) 2 of the bottom screws are larger replacements. Italian Film Can inductor. * Bottom Plate has velcro glue residue that cannot be removed. It was velcro'd and used because it sounded great. The great ones have worn shells. While some studio examples are pristine or closet classic, usually the worn ones have the mojo. That's why they are worn, because someone loved it and used it. Sounds like Steve Miller Band (vocal) and Jimmy Page. Very Vocal cutting.
